Lunchtime Concert - Wednesday 4th March

Pianist Alexia Daphne Eleftheriadu offers a lunchtime programme on Wednesday 4 March at 1pm, pairing two contrasting Schubert works—the Impromptu in F minor and Cortot’s transcription of Litanei auf das Fest Allerseelen—before concluding with the expansive sweep of Chopin’s Sonata No.3 in B minor.

Come and join us for a midweek pause in music.

Alpha for Young Adults

We recently started a new alpha course, this time for young adults, at Lee Abbey with St Barnabas.

Alpha is a series of around ten relaxed evenings where we explore the big questions of the Christian faith in a chill atmosphere — no pressure, no expectations, no obligations.

If you’re between 18 and 30, come and join us! Whether you have questions, want to meet new people, or are simply curious, we’d love to welcome you.

It’s not to late to join us, just sign up here, and we’ll see you on on Monday at 6:00 pm for a meal at Lee Abbey.

Barnies Soft Play

Barnies Soft Play is now closed until after the New Year. It will return on Tuesday 13th January at 10am. We look forward to seeing you then!

Barnies Soft Play is a chance for the children in our area to let loose and have fun! We meet on Tuesday mornings during term time, from 10am - 11.30am, in the main church building. There is tea and coffee available as well as Soft play pods, a ballpit and lots of toys! Barnies soft play costs £5 and is suitable for children aged 0-4 years old.

Table Groups

At St Barnabas we want to grow together as disciples of Jesus. Table Groups help us do this! These small groups meet during the week, and are flexible to suit the different needs of our community. If you are not yet a part of a Table Group, the start of a New Year is a great time to join in!
