The Gathering  - Students and Young Adults

The Gathering is a community for students and young adults (18-30) at St Barnabas. Rooted in Ephesians 2:22, we believe that we are “being built together” into a dwelling place for God.

Alpha for Students

Alpha for Students is starting in January at Lee Abbey London.

Over 8 weeks, Alpha is a relaxed and welcoming space for students to explore the Christian faith, ask questions and have honest conversations about life, God and Jesus.

There’s no pressure and no question that’s off limits. Whether you’re a Christian, curious about faith, or simply want to find out what Christianity is about, you’re welcome to join us.

The Gathering is moving to 5pm!

We’re excited to be moving The Gathering to our 5pm service!

This gives us more time to worship together, build friendships, and have deeper conversations about faith, life and following Jesus.

And it doesn’t have to end when the service finishes! We’ll often head to the pub afterwards to continue the conversations, grab a drink, relax and spend time together.

Come along, bring your questions, bring your friends.

Girls' Bible Study

Our Girls' Bible Study is a space to connect, grow in faith, and have honest conversations about life and following Jesus.

We have two groups, creating a space to explore faith alongside women at a similar stage of life:
18–24
25–30

Each group meets once a month for Bible study, prayer, conversation and fellowship. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where we can go deeper into God’s Word, ask questions, support one another and grow together.

Whether you’ve been studying the Bible for years or you’re just starting out, you’re welcome to join us!
