Today Lord, we are being asked to be courageous,

to share our favourite Bible quote and why it has impacted us so much

– possibly with others who we might not even know!

  If we’re honest, courage may be in short supply for those of us who are not natural evangelists.

  That doesn’t change the fact Lord you need us to be courageous

and so we pray for courage and remind ourselves

that “we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us” (Phil 4:13).

We pray too that whatever we “share” will bring the blessing it gave us,

to whoever needs to receive it.
